Sodexo is seeking a Multiskilled Fabric Technician to support the day-to-day services across our HMRC Bristol site. You'll manage both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, coordinate contractors and suppliers, and play a key role in ensuring full statutory and contractual compliance through our integrated maintenance systems. Key Responsibilities - Diagnosing and repairing faults across building services systems within own technical competencies. Conducting routine maintenance to maintain systems in accordance with statutory standards and best practices. Executing minor installation and asset replacement tasks as directed. Developing strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Supporting the development of apprentices by offering guidance and technical support. Exercising independent judgment within defined parameters to resolve technical problems. Considering cost-efficiency and sustainability in all tasks performed. What you bring: Experience: Minimum of 2 years' site-based experience post-qualification in a building services or technical maintenance environment. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Building Services or an equivalent technical qualification. Technical Skills: Strong practical engineering skills, with a solid understanding of compliance and current industry standards. Independence: Proven ability to work independently while managing time and priorities to meet deadlines. Health & Safety: Demonstrated commitment to health and safety standards and working with safe systems of work. IT Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Communication: Clear and effective communicator with a professional approach to engaging with customers and team members.
