Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid working 2 days in the office / 3 days at home (after initial training period of two weeks)
Hours of work: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,350 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Host and organise events to strengthen client relationships and promote the brand.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
Manage a diverse range of accounts, understanding each client's unique requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and grow client accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Skills/experience required:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
Confident with public speaking
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
