Service Centre Specialist – 15 months FTC
In this role you will provide excellent service to all Dentsply Sirona customers from UKI.
Responsibilities
* First point of contact for incoming customer calls
* Monitoring and processing of spare part order and inquiries from her personal and the UK Services shared mailbox
* Arranging collection of faulty equipment
* Generation of cases/tickets in the DS complaint handling systems
* Generation of both dealer and end-user repair quotes within defined SLAs
* Pack and dispatch of loaners and repaired customer equipments
* Pick, pack and dispatch spare part orders
* Invoicing of repairs and spare part orders
* Develop an excellent understanding of Dentsply Sirona products and services
* Work within Service levels and highlight concerns
* To perform decontamination of units coming into the Service Centre
Profile requested
* Experience of and ability to demonstrate good customer service both verbally and written
* Educated to GCSE Level
* Good organisational ability, problem solving skills, scheduling and prioritising
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment with challenging customers
* IT skills (MS Office, CRM, ERP)
