Admissions Officer – Full-time / Year-round
Overview of Role
Harrogate Ladies’ College is an independent school which offers day, boarding and weekly boarding provision. From September 2026, we will begin the transition to becoming a fully co-educational school, whilst also changing our name to Duchy College.
We are now looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Admissions Officer to join our successful Marketing and Admissions team. This is a full-time, year-round role offering the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of the school during this period of growth and change. The salary for this role is £28,000 per annum.
As part of the Admissions Team, you will help drive pupil recruitment across our family of schools, supporting the achievement of annual enrolment targets and delivering an outstanding experience for prospective families from first enquiry through to acceptance.
Working within a busy and professional team, the successful candidate will be proactive, organised and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport. Previous experience within admissions and the education sector would be advantageous. Ideally, the candidate would at least bring experience from a customer, or client, focused, sales or events-based role within a similar sector.

The hours of the role will be 8:30am until 5:30pm, or 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekend and evening work as needed.
