* Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-effective medicine supply contracts to meet organisational needs.
* Provide a clinical pharmacy service to designated CHEC hospital sites.
* Offer expert advice to clinicians on unlicensed medicine use, poorly evidenced therapies, and complex prescribing decisions.
* Promote evidence-based prescribing through the implementation of clinical guidelines and pharmaceutical care plans.
* Engage in patient counselling to improve medicine adherence and support lifestyle changes.
* Facilitate pharmacovigilance by reporting adverse drug reactions via appropriate national schemes.
* Utilise SystmOne and medicines information resources effectively to support safe and effective clinical pharmacy practice.

What you'll bring to the role:

* Proven experience in Medicines Information
* Proficient in SystmOne
* GPhC registered and eligible to work in the UK
