Yates Court, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust, is recruiting Weekend Care Assistants to join a supportive team in a luxury retirement village. We provide a domiciliary care service all under one roof – no more travelling.
Role Details
* Role: Care Assistant – Weekends
* Hours: 11.5 hours per week (AM and PM shift pattern, Saturday and Sunday ONLY)
* Salary: £12.96 per hour
* Location: Yates Court Scheme, High Street, Evesham, WR11 4DN

Responsibilities
* Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents, including physical and personal care and support with social activities.
* Promote and support the physical, emotional and well‑being of our residents.
* Encourage independence and self‑belief.
* Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
* Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
* Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
* Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
* Flexible with hours.
