About the Role
A leading food manufacturer is looking for an innovative NPD Manager to lead product development from concept to launch. You’ll drive creativity, manage the NPD pipeline, and work closely with commercial, technical, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of new products and product improvements
* Manage the NPD process from concept through trials to launch
* Work with customers on briefs, presentations, and innovation sessions
* Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure feasibility
* Monitor trends, competitor activity, and category insights
* Ensure compliance with food safety and technical standards
About You
* Experience in NPD within food manufacturing
* Strong project‑management and innovation skills
* Confident presenting ideas to customers and internal stakeholders
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical requirements
* Creative, commercially aware, and highly organised
