Account Manager – ECP Business Development

Responsibilities
* Creating strong leads and opportunities for all ECP channels, ensuring compliance across all marketing and promotional activity both internally and externally.
* Identifying existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within branch specific geographical areas.
* Conducting customer account reviews with the branch management team focusing on all KPIs and potential opportunities.
* Developing positive and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket.
* Acting as a key member of the ECP Business Development Team, actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours and values of the team to drive effective teamwork across the business.
* Participating in regional business specific customer events.
* Attending national and local training events.
Key Competencies
* Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.00pm.
* Great communication skills and the ability to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity.
