As a Product Delivery Manager in the HR Strategic Programme team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to employees. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
1. Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
2. Leads the completion of programme and change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
3. Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
4. 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, programme management or a relevant domain area
5. Demonstrated ability to execute operational management, programme management and change readiness activities
6. Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
7. Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
8. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of PM Integration policies, processes, procedures and systems.
9. • Experience of building relationships and negotiating outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Experience gathering and analysing information.
11. Experience supporting development of solutions and of implementation approaches.
12. Comprehensive PM Experience demonstrated in a professional capacity and the specialist skills to ensure procedures are followed with the ability to define the standards which the others will operate.

13. Monitoring programme progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues to maintain schedules.
