We’re recruiting for a Creative / Digital Agency that’s building a strong reputation in the Food, Beverage and Hospitality world - working with pubs, chains, major brands, and smaller independents. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive, and genuinely talented team, with a shared motivation to help the agency grow - The role offers: The opportunity for compressed hours - full-time across a 4-day working week Trust and autonomy to run your opportunities and accounts with confidence Base salary around £40k with OTE £50k–£60k Genuine scope for progression, with support to develop - potentially moving into a Sales Director role over time What you’ll do: You’ll work closely with the Strategy & Growth Director and sit at the heart of the agency, constantly spotting opportunities to win new business and help the agency grow through a suite of marketing, digital and creative services. You’ll: Own and manage the sales pipeline Identify, approach and nurture prospects Build relationships with Food, Beverage and Hospitality businesses, including pubs, restaurants, and food & drink manufacturers What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone who’s commercially sharp, strategically minded, and brilliant with people - someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality: Proven track record in a new business-focused sales role Confidence owning a sales pipeline, from prospecting through to closing and relationship management Experience within a marketing, digital or creative agency is ideal; exposure to Hospitality or Food & Beverage is beneficial Other info: Circa £40k base performance bonus (OTE £50k–£60k) Full Time – With option for a 4-day compressed week (Mon–Thurs 08:30–18:00) Location: Congleton
