The role involves managing a dynamic caseload of clients with mental health conditions, providing tailored employment support in line with IPS (Individual Placement and Support) fidelity and contract targets. This includes assessing needs, creating and adjusting employment plans, and delivering practical assistance such as career advice, job search strategies, CV preparation, interview coaching, and workplace support.
