Service Manager Role
Oversee service department team, including service advisors, technicians, parts staff, and controllers, to deliver seamless operations and first‑class customer care
Manage customer service standards, addressing complaints and feedback effectively to support customer loyalty and repeat business
Optimise workshop workflow and resource planning by scheduling jobs, allocating technicians, and balancing capacity to minimise downtime
Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs and managing budgets
Oversee parts and tooling stock control, coordinating with the parts team to minimise stock-related service delays.
Service Manager Requirements
Previous Service manager experience or similar.
Strong Leadership
Proven in largescale service operations
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible approach to learning all sides of the business, with the willingness to progress.
Full UK driving licence
