Duty Manager – Fitness and Wellbeing Club Croydon Central FWC
Permanent contract | Part time up to £29,973.23 pro rata depending on experience plus sales commission. 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing the club during your shift.
* Prioritize member satisfaction, engage with members, foster happiness, and build strong relationships.
* Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
* Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits offered by Nuffield Health.
* Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
* Help achieve sales targets.
* Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training on site to cover lifeguard breaks.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrable sales experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Collaborative spirit with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Ability to quickly get to grips with business operations.
* Enthusiasm for excellent customer service.
