We are looking for an experienced and dynamic eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimise our online presence on a key marketplace.
This is a full-time, permanent position aimed at boosting revenue specifically on our e Bay channel through strategic product listings, best practice implementation, up-selling, marketing, and excellent customer service.
A key focus of this role will be to drive growth on this channel through strategic marketing, implementing best practices, tidying up listings, monitoring pricing, and conducting competitor research within the broader e-commerce team at Warwickshire Clothing.
Key Responsibilities:
e Bay Channel Management
* Take full ownership of our e Bay channel, creating, optimising, and managing all product listings.
* Implement strategic marketing and best practices to improve listing visibility and performance.
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
* Respond professionally to all customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on the platform.
Customer Service:
* Handle customer phone calls and emails with professionalism and care, primarily related to the e Bay channel.
* Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly across all communication channels.
* Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Content Creation:
* Take high-quality product photos and edit them for use in listings (preferred but not required) (we have in-house photographers)
* Create visually appealing and accurate product images using tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
Sales and Market Analysis:
* Analyse sales data from the e Bay channel and provide actionable insights to support growth.
* Monitor and optimise advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.
* Conduct market research and track competitor performance to stay ahead of trends.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience managing product listings on online marketplaces (required), with a significant focus on or dedicated experience with the e Bay channel.
* 3+ years of customer service experience via email, phone, or chat (required).
* Experience with major eCommerce platforms (preferred).
* 3+ years of experience using Linnworks or similar eCommerce management systems (required).
* Strong eCommerce background essential, with a deep understanding of the e Bay marketplace.
