Boluda Lines - Administration Assistant
Location: Liverpool, UK
Boluda Lines UK is seeking to hire a Administration Assistant to provide an efficient business and office administration with a wide variety of responsibilities, and to assist with administrative support to all UK functions inclusive of Transport Operations; Finance and Sales Support.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage and process commercial and operational data, including the creation of transport orders, manifests, and bespoke reports.
* Coordinate with vendors and customers by retrieving PODs, communicating delays, and supporting import/export administrative processes.
* Support financial and commercial activities such as invoice queries, outstanding debt follow-up, and preparing quotes.
* Produce operational performance reports (e.g., On Time Delivery) and support systems usage including Destin8.
* Perform additional trained tasks as required.
What we’re looking for:
* Secondary vocational education in relevant discipline
* 0-5 years of experience in a similar position
* Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
* Very proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Excel and Word.
