Job Title: Driving Account Manager
Location: Coventry CV1
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaise daily with clients to understand their needs and plan your day accordingly
* Resource suitable candidates
* Write and place professional, effective job advertisements to attract candidates
* Develop and manage candidate relationships within your chosen competency
* Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies through questioning and referencing
* Maintain and develop current client relationships to ensure excellent service and maximize business opportunities
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure revenue generation opportunities are maximized
* Use in-house IT systems to generate candidates
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish with both client and candidate
* Handle client/candidate queries and objections effectively
* Manage placed candidates’ contracts and maintain relationships with active contractors and placements
* Ensure all records comply with recruitment legislation
* Keep all paperwork and system records up-to-date regarding candidates' eligibility to work
