People Administrator | Chester | Permanent | £25-£26,000 Immediate opportunity to join an established business based in central Chester where you will take ownership of HR administration function The Company Seymour John are working with our client based in Chester to secure a People Administrator to work as part of their small HR function. The Opportunity The role is a general People Administrator role, supporting with all aspects of HR administration. Duties where will include: * Process administration of employee life-cycle events (starters and leavers) * Maintain accurate data on HR systems * Supporting with the in-house payroll process * Deal with employee queries * Support with maintaining our holiday and absence system * Scanning and filing * General day to day ad-hoc HR admin * Provide ad hoc reception cover Personal Profile We are keen to speak to candidates who have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach. You will be a confident person who is at ease when dealing with employees and third parties. You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. You will be able to adapt to change and have a proven can-do attitude.
