* The SRM role is to be responsible for completing all aspects of supplier contracting across several brands of TTC within Uk & Ireland.
* To be responsible for securing high value agreements with hotels and to ensure that these are of the required standard, quality, and location to satisfy the specific demands of each brand.
SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
•Be able to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously, either remotely or in situ.
•Foster positive and professional relationships with supplier partners and make sure that urgent issues are dealt with in a timely manner
Understand your assigned contracting region, your supplier's landscapes, and the competitive scenario by researching and inspecting all applicable hotels.
•Keep up to date with product, quality and service standards at contracted hotels, and possible new hotels or locations
•Ensure that all relevant departments are kept up to date clearly and concisely, with the current hotel situation in your areas of responsibility
•Work closely with internal departments to keep current with any hotel quality issues
•Answer promptly and efficiently any queries from internal departments regarding contracted hotels and be prepared on taking a creative approach to problem solving.

TRAVEL, MARKET TRENDS & COMMERCIAL AWARENESS
•Keep abreast of market trends in your area and have strong commercial awareness on currency fluctuations, economic and political situations that may affect business.
•Hotel openings/closing which affect market capacity
Ensure all contracts are completed, finalized, and approved within each brand's specified deadlines.
•Ensure contracting requirements for each brand are fully met and documented
•Adhere to brand-specific contracting briefs and product quality standards across all supplier agreements.
•Demonstrate strong knowledge of the supplier market and industry trends to support informed negotiations and decision-making
Collaborative: Builds strong relationships and works cross-functionally with a consultative, co-creative approach to influence and align others in a fast-paced environment.
Resilience: Remains calm and effective under pressure, persistent through challenges, and driven to achieve long-term goals.
Proven track record in negotiating and implementing contracts with a wide range of suppliers, including independent hotels and international chains
•Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
•Excellent organisational and administration skills, planning and good time management
•Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (O365, TEAMS, Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Fluency in English; additional European language is an advantage
•Clean driving license
