Measurement Director – OpenDoor
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Measurement Director. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM and RMI.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for translating client briefs into research projects utilising multiple methodologies.
- Develop and drive strategic thought for clients drawing from bespoke insights, cultural trends and sound data points.
- Use your expert knowledge of research methodologies and consumer trends to guide best practice and lead dialogues with clients and the agency.
- Lead complex analysis and report it in a clear user-friendly format.
- Take responsibility for client relationships. You will be a key client contact responsible for driving the relationship forward and proving a consistent and strong POV.
- Drive innovation across the team. You will always be on the lookout for new innovations and research approaches to for us to test and enrich our work.
- Take a brief and develop a research solution that is fit for purpose, within budget via clear and engaging proposals.
- Deliver projects in a timely manner and ensure all member of the project teamwork in cohesion.
- Lead the delivery of reports and other outputs, ensuring complex information is distilled appropriately.
Qualifications
- Excellent advanced Excel skills including data analysis and manipulation.
- Preferred, not essential - Strong working knowledge of key industry tools and sources such as TGI, IPA Touchpoints, BrandWatch, Meltwater, YouGov Profiles + YouGov BrandIndex.
- Strong commercial accumen with the skills to drive efficiencies and revenue.
- Budget and resource management.
- Experience in different analytical methodologies, brand lift / advertising effectiveness studies and media metrics.
- Experience using SQL (R or python aren’t essential but nice to have).
- Experience of managing a team.

- Be an active member of relevant industry bodies (e.g. MRS, Media Research Group) and attend training and events.
- Managed studies / projects across Europe.
