Retail Supervisor - Full Time
We are recruiting a new retail supervisor for our shop in Macclesfield, Cheshire. This is a permanent 39 hour full-time position with a variety of shifts, 5 days from 7 each week. For full-time positions we generally require you to be fully flexible in your availability, including weekends.
Pay and benefits
Pay rate: £13.11 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours per week (approximately £511 per week). Overtime may be available.

Responsibilities
* Be an important part of the management team and support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide great service to customers
* Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop
* Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants
* Take responsibility for operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll

* Trustworthy and reliable as you will be part of a small team
* Some experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries is beneficial, but driven applicants are encouraged to apply
