Nike Manchester Fort is looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world‑class service to consumers.
Responsibilities
* Leverage knowledge of football football and product to deliver a premium brand experience.
* Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
* Support various store departments—operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products on the shopfloor, building visual displays—and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
* Use knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services in the store.
* Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
* Improve personal knowledge through tools and training courses to stay current on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
* Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
