Customer Service Advisor - IKEA Peterborough
We are expanding our team at IKEA Peterborough Customer Support Centre and are seeking full-time Customer Service Advisors to join us.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly voice our customers rely on through phone calls, online chat, emails, and social media. Your role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and turning complaints into opportunities to create a positive IKEA experience. We see challenges as a chance to brighten our customers’ day.
What We Offer
* Start date: 23rd June 2025
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 (£25,552.80 annually)
* 39 hours per week over 5 days out of 7, including every 2nd weekend, with shifts between 07:00 – 20:15
* After 3-6 months, opportunity to apply for hybrid working (minimum 1 day in the office)

Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience
* Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across channels
* Resilience and focus under stress
* Proficiency with IT tools and eagerness to learn
Daily Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to resolve issues positively and efficiently
* Meet KPIs and service standards
* Participate in coaching and skill development
* Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and customer management systems
