Fitch Group is currently seeking a 12 month FTC HR Coordinator based out of our Manchester office.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Execute people transactions across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to off‑boarding for our EMEA region.
* Be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the HR Manager.
* Ensure professional service delivery for key stakeholders and employees.
* Identify continuous improvements in our processes to streamline and reduce inefficiencies.
* Build a strong knowledge repository of processes.
* Participate in delivering and executing HR Services Strategy.
You May be a Good Fit if
* Experience of working within a fast‑paced HR Operations/HR Service Centre environment.
* Knowledge of local legal requirements in your specific region e.g. UK right to work checks, data privacy requirements.
* Experience of managing HR processes in a complex organization.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to be able to monitor volumes, escalate concerns and identify process improvements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* An ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Meticulous attention to detail, with strong ownership at work.

* Comfortable with data and technology, including virtual collaboration tools, and using data to inform decisions.
