Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and title transfers. Prepare and review contracts, title deeds, and other legal documentation. Conduct due diligence, including title checks and property searches. Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and financial institutions. Ensure timely progression of files from instruction through to completion. Maintain compliance with legal standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements. Candidate Requirements Demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing, ideally within a Scottish legal practice. Paralegal qualification preferred (e.g. Law Society of Scotland accredited). Sound knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing processes. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to handle a busy caseload with accuracy and minimal supervision.
