We're excited to be working alongside an award-winning consultancy firm that, due to growth and increased workload, is looking to expand its project management team with the addition of a Senior Project Manager.

The successful Senior Project Manager position will be offered:

* Minimum of 5 years experience within project management - ideally within consultancy
* A bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar is essential
* Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, or equivalent) would be advantageous
* Full UK driving license and access to own car
* Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal
* Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC), and procurement methods.
* Ability to work alone and well as part of a wider team
Key duties of the Senior Project Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
* Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from feasibility through to completion.
* Act as the key client interface, providing expert project management advice and maintaining strong relationships.
* Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to drive efficiency and innovation.
* Manage project finances, cost control, and reporting to ensure profitability and value for money.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
