We are working with a residential developer, known for large, high profile projects.
They are looking to hire a Technical Coordinator to work with a Technical Manager on a brand new RC Frame site, taking it from Stage 4 through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:

o Oversee design deliverables and ensure alignment with project deadlines.
o Coordinate with commercial activities including procurement and reporting.
o Monitor and control all project information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
o Develop and track design programs.
o Collaborate with various departments (Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Land/Planning, Finance, and Construction) to ensure seamless project integration.
o Manage relationships with external consultants and contractors.
o Ensure external deliverables meet project expectations and budgets.
o Produce and procure necessary technical drawings and documents.
o Manage the Document Control System to maintain accurate project records.
o Oversee the application and approval process for statutory requirements.
o Ensure all necessary legal agreements and warranties are in place.
o Provide technical support to the Sales team, ensuring customer-centric design solutions.
o Address customer queries and prepare accurate sales literature.
