Role Overview
Seeking a dynamic Orthodontic Specialist Sales Representative with existing contacts in the Orthodontic field to join on a 12-month maternity cover. Responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships in Scotland and expanding our orthodontic customer base nationwide. The role offers flexibility regarding work location with travel to Scotland twice a month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Scotland, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Sales Growth: Identify and engage potential orthodontic specialists across the UK to expand market presence.
3. Territory Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Scotland and other regions to meet sales targets.
4. Product Promotion: Educate and train dental professionals on Clear Correct products through presentations and demonstrations.
5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for growth opportunities.
6. Collaboration: Work with marketing and support teams for effective communication and service.
7. Reporting: Provide sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience in dental or orthodontic industry, especially with clear aligners.
* Understanding of the UK dental market; existing relationships with orthodontic specialists are a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Willingness to travel, especially to Scotland twice a month.
* Valid UK driving license.
