Job title: Scheduler
Salary : £30k
Location : Harrow
Hours: 8-5pm
My client is a well-run SME, and they have a lovely office team, looking for a Scheduler to join them. The ideal person will have some previous experience working within a Construction/ Plumbing and/or similar type industry. You will be organized, with good attention to detail to ensure work is planned correctly and runs smoothly.
Duties :
* Managing reactive breakdown requirements
* Managing maintenance requirements
* Answering incoming calls/emails
* Providing information and guidance on services provided
* Taking jobs to be completed from clients
* Setting up jobs on computer system
* Allocating jobs to be completed to a team of field-based engineers/subcontractors
* Tracking progress
* Sending/raising further work quotes for approval
* Raising purchase orders from suppliers
* Ordering parts and booking in further works
* Sending completion reports and certification to clients
* Raising RAMS where necessary
* Completing tender documentation
* Raising invoices for your completed works
