Job Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
3. Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters
4. Draft key legal documents such as trust deeds and letters of wishes
5. Advising on the establishment and ongoing administration of UK trusts
6. Providing guidance on trust taxation (income tax, CGT, IHT)
The Successful Applicant
The successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
7. A qualification as a solicitor with relevant experience in private client matters.
8. Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts and probate law.
9. Excellent communication and client management skills.
10. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
