About the Role
The Alumni Relations Officer role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities for graduates of the Business School. You will design and manage a calendar of events, including digital campaigns, in-person networking, and professional development initiatives, effectively. Additionally, you will oversee event execution from concept to evaluation while ensuring high-quality attendee experiences consistently.
The role also involves creating content, coordinating marketing materials, and shaping communication strategies across multiple platforms. This position is based in Leeds, with occasional travel and flexible working requirements.

Job Duties
* Plan and deliver engaging alumni events across digital and in-person platforms effectively and professionally.
* Manage event lifecycles from concept development through implementation and post-event evaluation consistently.
* Develop and execute communication campaigns using email, social media, and website content strategically.
* Create compelling written content while coordinating design, photography, and marketing materials efficiently.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify engagement opportunities and strengthen alumni relationships continuously.
* Maintain accurate alumni data while supporting reporting, analysis, and engagement tracking processes effectively.
* Act as a primary contact for alumni, providing professional communication and support across interactions.
Job Requirements
* Proven experience in event planning and management across both physical and digital engagement platforms.
* Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and quality delivery consistently demonstrated.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and targeted content.
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders and building strong professional relationships effectively.
* Ability to manage and maintain data systems while supporting reporting and administrative functions efficiently.
