This role offers a 4-day working week, providing greater flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining full-time pay and benefits.
Your new role
* Design and specification of sustainable and cost-effective mechanical systems
* Site visits for appraisals, surveys, and condition reports
* Ensuring mechanical systems meet performance, efficiency, and regulatory standards
* Preparation of technical documentation including schedules, drawings, and reports
* HVAC system design, domestic water services, and drainage layouts
* Delivery of high-quality work with strong attention to detail
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical building services design, either with a consultancy or contractor.
* Proficiency in MEP Revit and CAD
* Level 4 qualification in a building services or mechanical engineering-related discipline
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities
* Collaborative team player
* Full UK Driving Licence
