Inspire curiosity. Fuel ambition. Shape the future.
Join a Science department where collaboration, high expectations, and thoughtful curriculum design underpin everything we do. Whether you're an experienced teacher or just starting out in your career, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team making a real difference.
We are seeking a passionate and reflective Teacher of Science to join our committed and ambitious department. Science is a thriving subject at KSA, with strong student interest at Key Stage 4 and 5, and a team focused on driving continued improvement in both curriculum and pedagogy.
You will be joining KSA at a time where we are setting out an ambitious plan for the future based around three key themes of belonging, reflection, and collaboration. Ultimately, we exist to enable everyone connected with the school to be the best they can be. We are clear that all children deserve our unwavering and unconditional regard, and we have ambitious plans for making this a reality in all our classrooms and in all our interactions.
We welcome applications from both experienced colleagues and early career teachers. If you are committed to your subject, open to feedback and growth, and keen to work with colleagues who share your drive to improve outcomes for every student, we’d love to hear from you.
What We Offer
A dynamic and forward-thinking Science department.
Opportunity to teach across Key Stages, including A Level for suitable candidates.
A collaborative team with a strong focus on curriculum and pedagogy.
Daily allowance for breakfast and lunch.
A modern school building with excellent facilities and resources.
Full induction and ongoing CPD through the Brooke Weston Trust Ambition Hub.
What We’re Looking For
A skilled Science teacher who brings enthusiasm and clarity to the classroom.
Secure subject knowledge and a commitment to improving student outcomes.
A reflective practitioner with an interest in evidence-informed practice.
A strong communicator and team player.
A belief that "kids do well if they can" - and a desire to help make that happen
If you’re ready to make a difference in a school that values growth, inclusion, and ambition—we would love to hear from you.
