Selfridges Retail Pop-Up Internship (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking new resourceful team members to join our Selfridges Concession for a full-time (40 hours per week) for a 3-month period in retail.
You will receive coaching to develop the highest standards of customer service, product training and the opportunity to learn from our experienced teams and develop your skills in a luxury environment.
Please note: Candidates must be able to start on 15th of December 2025 and have the right to work in the UK. Must be able to work full-time (with Monday to Sunday flexibility) and are able to work on Christmas and New Year's Day.
Job responsibilities
1. Display a genuine passion for luxury and interest in the retail and fashion industries
2. Consistently maintain high standards, a drive to succeed and show motivation to deliver personal and team goals
3. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure each client receives a consistent and professional service.
4. Use your excellent organisational skills to support the team in the operational aspects of the department
5. Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of Visual Merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standards within the department
6. Accepting deliveries and sorting through discrepancies
7. Stock replenishment
8. Back of house maintenance
9. Participate in and support the Stock Management team on stock takes, transfers take and ensure targets are met
10. Follow all Christian Dior procedures in regards to garment protection, stockroom housekeeping and security tagging
11. Ensure all stock is appropriately tagged to prevent theft
12. Take all actions necessary to ensure stock is safe and secure
13. Build relationships with colleagues across the Stock team and Store teams
14. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Management team.
