Associate / Senior Associate – Private Client – 4+ PQE
The Role
TSR Legal are delighted to be partnering with a leading law firm based in Exeter as the firm continue to grow the Private Client team. Our client is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Exeter office. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established and expanding practice, advising a diverse client base on a wide range of private client matters both nationally and internationally.
Role Profile
The role will involve acting for individuals, companies, and trusts in both the UK and internationally, delivering comprehensive private client services. The team advises on all aspects of private wealth work, including wills, powers of attorney, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on:
* Estate and asset protection planning
* Drafting wills, including tax-efficient wills and those incorporating trusts
* Establishment and administration of onshore trusts
* Probate planning and estate administration
* Powers of Attorney
* Court of Protection matters
