Key Responsibilities: Work closely with a range of stakeholders including customers, leasing companies, and internal teams. Identify the right solutions for each customer and ensure these are delivered promptly and effectively. All complaints are picked up promptly and you will use your initiative to overcome any hurdles. Ensure every customer receives a 5* experience during the lifetime of their lease. Help lead our customer support enquiries and the management of our ticketing system. About you: 1 years experience in customer service or aftersales role, supporting in delivery of a software or professional service. Exceptional people skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You thrive in using a positive mindset to help customers overcome obstacles by identifying their concerns and providing solutions for them. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Phone first mindset, with the ability to build rapport and take ownership.
