Role Overview: You will provide strong leadership and management, ensuring high-quality care, education, and therapeutic support for children with complex needs.
This role requires dedication, experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for young people.
Lead and manage the residential care team to provide exceptional care.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child protection.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children.
Minimum 1-year experience as a Senior Residential Care Worker, Deputy, or Home Manager.
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Full UK manual driving licence and access to personal transport.
