The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.

This role involves overseeing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching—specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The role ensures the team can support clients across all media globally. It demands high competency in project management, multitasking, and meeting diverse deadlines. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with clients and internal teams are essential. Regular updates to Team Leaders and the Head of Art are required to maintain workflow and quality standards.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee delivery of all image assets.
* Build positive, proactive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges and priorities, both short and long term.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Evaluate the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Develop a thorough understanding of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, with clear visibility of job statuses.
* Keep team members updated on project statuses.
* Support team motivation during high-pressure periods.
* Maintain high attention to detail to ensure briefs are accurate.
* Collaborate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Obtain approval for estimates before work begins.
* Ensure invoices are issued promptly and accurately.
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, ideally within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG and photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn team software to improve understanding and timing is advantageous. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive, upbeat attitude.
