Job Title: D365 CRM Support Consultant
Location: Hybrid South-East (UK) - based office / Remote flexibility)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding Dynamics 365 CRM support to clients, working on a busy service desk to troubleshoot and resolve cases efficiently, while ensuring high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage case logging, tracking, and resolution within D365 CRM
* Build and maintain automated workflows and escalation processes
* Create dashboards and reports to track performance and SLA adherence
* Deliver omnichannel support via email, phone, and chat
* Maintain system security using role-based access controls
* Integrate D365 CRM with M365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
* Produce clear documentation including training materials and troubleshooting guides
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly case management and workflows
* Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration and collaboration tools
* Proven troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Understanding of data protection, role-based access, and compliance
Desirable Skills:
* Exposure to D365 modules such as Sales, Field Service, or Customer Service
* Experience with Power BI, data migration, or SQL queries
* Service desk experience in a technical environment
* Microsoft certifications in D365 or Power Platform (preferred but not essential)
