Dental Practice Manager – Private Clinic Stamford Hill, North London
We are a fully private, specialist-led dental clinic located in the heart of Stamford Hill, North London, and we're looking for a dynamic Dental Practice Manager to join our team.
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Stamford Hill, North London
Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time (4 days/week)
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to take the reins of a thriving clinic with a team of in-house specialists. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, managing staff, and driving performance across the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the practice team with professionalism and positivity
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and GDC standards
* Oversee and complete monthly payroll accurately and on time
* Maintain and improve operational systems and processes
* Monitor performance metrics and support team development
* Liaise with clinicians and patients to ensure a seamless experience
* Manage diaries, stock, and supplier relationships
* Regular reporting to senior management
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in dental practice management
* GDC registration is essential
* Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory standards
* Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with dental software
* Proven ability to manage teams and drive results
* Highly organised, with exceptional time management skills
* Professional, well-presented, and confident communicator
* A proactive "can-do" attitude and collaborative mindset
* Forward-thinking and strategic in planning and execution
