A leading chilled food manufacturer is seeking a Process Technologist to join their high‑performing team in London. This is a pivotal role at the heart of product development, where you’ll translate innovative recipes into scalable, production‑ready products that meet the highest standards of quality, safety and commercial performance.
You’ll lead factory trials through to launch, working cross‑functionally with NPD, Technical, Production and Commercial teams to ensure customer‑approved recipes can be delivered efficiently, cost‑effectively and consistently at scale. From planning trials and managing documentation to testing, validation and post‑trial analysis, you’ll play a critical role in bringing new and improved products to life.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience as a Process Technologist or within NPD, chilled experience is a bonus
* Confidence leading trials in fast‑paced factory environments
* Strong problem‑solving skills
* Excellent relationship‑building ability
* Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
