Position: 360 Excavator Operator (with Lifting Ops)
Location: Leiston, Suffolk (Sizewell C)
Project: Major Civil Engineering & Earthworks
Scope: Operating 360 Excavator on Roadways and Bulk Earthworks
Hours: Full-Time (12-hour shifts), weekend available
Duration: Long-term
Salary: PAYE + Overtime Rates & Lodge Allowance
Tickets Required:
* BLUE CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo – 360 Excavator (with Lifting Ops)
* Safety Critical Medical (SEQOHS-accredited)
* Valid DBS Check
Foundation Personnel are working on behalf of a Tier 1 Contractor for the Sizewell C project, supporting the recruitment of skilled plant operators for a nationally significant infrastructure scheme.
We are currently looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Operators (with Lifting Ops) to work on roadway construction and major earthworks. The project offers long-term stability, plenty of overtime, and excellent working conditions.
Key Benefits & Conditions:
* PAYE Contract
* Overtime paid at x1.5 after 39 hours, x2 after 50 hours
* 12-hour shifts (Monday–Friday), plus alternate weekends
* £55.85/night lodge allowance (if over 50 miles from site)
* Long-term opportunity on a major UK infrastructure project
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating a 360 excavator safely and effectively, including lifting operations
* Supporting roadway and earthworks teams on-site
* Conducting daily machine checks and reporting defects
* Following all site safety protocols and environmental standards
* Assisting with other duties as required to support site operations
Requirements:
* BLUE CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo – 360 Excavator (with Lifting Ops)
* Safety Critical Medical (SEQOHS-accredited)
* Valid DBS Check (can be arranged online if not already held)
* Demonstrated experience on large-scale civil or infrastructure projects
* Ability to work in a team and adhere to strict safety practices
