Airswift is seeking a CRM Administrator to support their Tendering team in Kingston upon Thames, UK. This is a 1-year contract with potential extension, open to British citizens.
Responsibilities
1. Support the tendering team in commercial activities using the CRM database; experience with CRM software is advantageous.
2. Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operation.
3. Coordinate with Proposal Managers to keep the CRM database up to date.
4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and administrative documents for the Proposal team.
5. Handle office management activities, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
6. Organize meetings and travel arrangements for the Tendering Team.
Skills / Qualifications
* Experience with CRM or database systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software.
