As the Registered Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational management of the unit, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users and tenants. This is a fantastic opportunity for Deputy Managers ready to step up, lead a small, close-knit team, and make a real difference in people’s lives.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in the social care sector, ideally as a Deputy Manager
Strong leadership and operational management skills
Experience or interest in mental health support
Commitment to person-centred care and achieving positive outcomes
Enthusiasm, compassion, and drive to make a difference
