About Us: Elmore Community Services, a leading organisation dedicated to supporting individuals with complex needs, is seeking a motivated and well-organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator. In this multifaceted role, you will be instrumental in providing essential administrative support to our teams, facilitating the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Communication Hub: Efficiently manage the office phone line, answering machine, text messages, and emails to ensure prompt and professional communication.
* Meeting Support: Provide minute and note-taking support during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
* Message Handling: Take and relay messages accurately while maintaining a log of staff whereabouts during community work.
* General Administration: Offer general administrative support, including electronic diary management, office supply ordering, Health and Safety management and other reception and administration tasks.
Requirements:
* Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a busy office environment, providing general administrative support.
* Receptionist Skills: Experience working as a receptionist, including interactions with diverse individuals, including those exhibiting challenging behavior.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent organizational and administration skills.
* Communication: Professional telephone manner and effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience: Experience managing office Health & Safety would be an advantage
* Sensitivity: Knowledge and sensitivity to the needs of individuals living with mental and emotional health problems.
* Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
Additional Information:
* This is a part-time position, open to flexible working patterns.
* Occasional out-of-hours work may be required for attendance at Board meetings or events.
* Punctual attendance is essential for this role.

Location and Salary:
* Location: Elmore Community Services, 213 Barnes Rd, Oxford, OX4 3UT.
* Salary: £12,317.76 per annum for 18 hours per week.
* Annual increments are subject to funding and at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.
