Installation and Engineer Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Installation and Engineer Coordinators to join our client's team in Newbury. As an Installation and Engineer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of service calls and installations for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate incoming service calls to field service engineers, maximising productivity and meeting customer SLAs.
Coordinate preventative maintenance visits, optimising time windows and resources.
Review and adjust work progress throughout the day, prioritising high-priority calls while balancing lower priority tasks.
Efficiently plan engineer routes, minimising travel time and maximising job completion.
Make strategic decisions on work reassignments or sub-contractor deployment to meet objectives.
Provide first-line technical support to customers before logging service calls.
Process invoices and contracts for completed works, if required.
Analyse and process customer inquiries and coordinate installation and commissioning works.
Ensure customer satisfaction by managing variations and processing orders, deliveries, installations, returns, and payments.
Collaborate with Account Managers and other departments for smooth operations.Skills and Competencies:
