Short description: We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Order Processing Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team in Telford. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle – from receipt and entry into our CRM/ERP systems to monitoring deliveries and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
The ideal candidate brings experience in order administration, strong communication skills, and enjoys working with different systems to provide a smooth and reliable customer experience.
* Order Receipt: Taking care of orders under your responsibility using a CRM Tool (Salesforce)
* Order Processing: Entering orders into the ERP system, Verifying items availability, Sending order confirmation to customers, Issuing purchase orders when needed, Creating invoices and tracking payments
* Order Monitoring: Delivery dates and coordination deliveries
* Communication: Inform internal and external customers in case of issues
* Compliance: In case of export from EU or UK: order screening in accordance with compliance rules (training will be provided).
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in order processing
* Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Basic knowledge of dual use procedures (training will be provided)
* Strong customer focus, self-organisation, and ability to work confidently with different systems
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher
