Role Information
The successful candidate will be responsible for the general upkeep, security, and maintenance of the school premises. Duties include opening and closing the site, carrying out minor repairs, monitoring contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and assisting with school events or lettings as required. You will work closely with the Site Manager and wider facilities team to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience in caretaking, facilities, or maintenance desirable
• Good understanding of health and safety and basic maintenance procedures
• Strong practical, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, trustworthy, and positive approach to work
Salary
