Community paediatric nurse

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading national homecare provider, delivering specialist paediatric nursing care to children and families across West London, directly within their own homes.

In this role, the Community Paediatric Nurse will manage a small, manageable caseload of just 45 children per day, allowing time to deliver genuinely personalised care while building strong, trusting relationships with families and carers.

The Role As a Community Paediatric Nurse, you will:

* Deliver specialist paediatric nursing care in the community, including IV therapy, cannulation, and subcutaneous injections

* Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor ongoing care needs

* Manage a focused daily caseload, ensuring continuity, safety, and high clinical standards

* Work collaboratively with families, carers, and NHS partners to coordinate care

* Support children with complex needs in a safe, familiar home environment

What Were Looking For
1. Registered Childrens Nurse (RSCN / RCN) with an active NMC PIN

2. Full UK driving licence
