A multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of complex remediation programmes as part of PFI hand back work for a private sector client. This Senior Project Manager role is currently focused on healthcare schemes, including live hospital environments, with future work expected to expand into schools, prisons, and other public sector assets. The successful Senior Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership and the wider team to investigate, plan, and deliver technical construction remediation works on behalf of the client. This Senior Project Manager position would suit someone technically strong, confident leading project teams, and capable of managing sensitive works in occupied, operational buildings. The Senior Project Manager will also have the opportunity to be mentored into a more senior client-facing position over time. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
