Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to join our Homes Facilities Management Team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of 3 Extra Care Housing Schemes in the Kirklees area - Own Vehicle & Drivers Licence essential Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents & visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. We are offering a Temporary to Permanent Role of 16 hours per week, working Monday to Friday with the flexibility to choose your working hours between 9.30am – 2.30pm. Plus the option of overtime. Whilst working on the temporary contract, this role comes along with weekly pay. Once a Permanent contract is on offer, it will then go to a monthly pay. Key responsibilities will include: To work over 3 sites in Kirklees including WF16 / HD4 / WF13 Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces including windows within easy reach Cleaning in communal areas (stairs & landings) Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels Deep, clinical and reactive cleaning as required Key requirements will include : Own Vehicle & Drivers Licence essential * with mileage paid Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment including COSHH and Health and Safety Good timekeeping and attendance are important Ability to work to laid down schedules. Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative Please Note: Confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
